WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Our estimated delivery time within KSA typically ranges from 1 to 5 business days (Sunday to Thursday), depending on the delivery location. All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next business day in Jeddah and within 3 to 5 business days (Sunday to Thursday) for the rest of Saudi Arabia. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered within 2 business days in Jeddah (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free delivery for purchases above 500 SAR.
Shipping fee of 25 SAR for all orders below 500 SAR.
Please note that the delivery charge of 25 SAR will not be refunded in case of any product return or exchange.
ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAXES?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes within KSA.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Our fulfilment team will apply thorough quality control measures and will inspect the condition of each item prior to shipping it. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please take a photo and email it to our customer care team at dw@awaa.sa. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at dw@awaa.sa.They will guide you through the return process and schedule a free pick up.
Once we receive the returned item, it usually takes 7 – 14 business days to process the return, inspect the item(s) and initiate the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
We will issue a refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase, and this usually takes up to 14 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTIES FOR THE WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES?
Yes, all our watches and accessories come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for more information. The warranty card will be shipped with the product and will have the details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer care team at dw@awaa.sa as soon as possible. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery courier, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can follow the return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
