(A) Returns
Item(s) purchased may be returned within 14 days from the date of transaction, under the below conditions. Contact our customer service team to arrange a free pick up on dw@awaa.sa
Exchanges are not applicable.
• Item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.
(B) Refunds
A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges.
(C) Care/Use Instructions
The customer must comply with all the care/use instructions outlined in the manual where provided.
(D) Additional Terms and Conditions
